The children’s Christmas party of CERN
The CERN Children’s Christmas Party – a tradition that has brought together the children of employed members of personnel aged five to seven for an afternoon of magic – has taken place every year since the creation of the Staff Association.
This year, the celebration was held on Saturday, 6 December, and welcomed no fewer than 160 children over two afternoon sessions. Thanks to the show “Les secrets de Noël”, the young participants were transported into a world filled with humour, interactivity and originality.
After the performance, the children enjoyed delicious Christmas snacks. We warmly thank Novae for their support and generous contribution to this great event.
While the children were savouring their treats, Santa Claus made a special appearance and distributed gifts to each of them. The Staff Association extends heartfelt thanks to him for taking time out of his busy schedule to visit CERN and spread joy.
We would also like to thank the parents for their valuable collaboration and assistance.
Wishing you all a wonderful holiday season and looking forward to seeing you again next year!
