Every year, the CERN Running Club Relay Race offers a unique opportunity to discover the Meyrin site in a different way. Several thousand people traditionally gather during the lunch break to share this sporting moment.

This date is also a great festive occasion thanks to associations forum organized by the Staff Association. Having become a must-attend part of the celebration, with numerous stands, it is a unique opportunity to discover, all in one place, the wide range of activities offered by:

• CERN clubs,
• Staff Association’s partners,
• the CERN Alumni Group (GAC-EPA),
• the Jardin des Particules,
• the Long-Term Collections, celebrating their 55^th anniversary this year,
• the CERN LGBTQ+ community,
• Bike to Work, for T-shirt distribution.

Don’t miss the Staff Association raffle either, open to everyone attending. Many prizes offered by the Association’s partners are up for grabs. As tradition now has it, the draw will be carried out by the children of the Jardin des Particules just after the prize-giving ceremony!

You will of course also find the usual selection of food and refreshing drinks provided by Novae Catering and the CERN Fire Brigade Association.
